Essential storage
We use necessary browser storage to remember your participant identity, active planning room, cookie choice and related session preferences. This keeps the application working across refreshes. Essential storage does not require analytics consent.
Planning-room data
Names, tickets, votes, estimates and session history are processed so participants can collaborate in the same room. Only enter information your team is permitted to share. Logging out clears the local session information on your device.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics may set cookies and receive limited usage information such as visited pages, device/browser details and approximate location derived from the IP address. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Analytics is not loaded before consent.
Your choice and GDPR rights
You may reject analytics without losing access to Poker Planning. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie button in the bottom corner. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting us.
Third-party services
Google Analytics is provided by Google and is used only after consent. Jira and WhatsApp are opened or used only when you choose those features; their own privacy terms apply.
